Heather Ann Brown, 21, of 12th Ave. They were two of four people arrested as the result of an investigation using the internet to contact people appearing to be offering sexual encounters for money. An undercover officer responded to an online ad, arranging a meeting at an Iowa City hotel. Brown arrived at the hotel on Feb. Scott drove her there, and she was to give him any money she earned. Scott would then determine what amount Brown would be allowed to keep, officials said.
Kathleen McFadden, 20, is charged with pimping, prostitution and drug possession. Lisa Marie Nolker, 26, is charged with prostitution. Again, an undercover officer contacted them and arranged a meeting at a hotel. They discussed specific sex acts they would perform for money.
